By accessing the Ecstasy website, joining the early access program, or using the native macOS application, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use License

Ecstasy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our software services on your devices in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of our service
You must not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Early Access Terms

The macOS application is currently offered through a limited early access program. Availability, supported devices, features, and access conditions may change as the product develops.

Early access software may contain defects or incomplete functionality
Physical iPhone automation requires compatible Apple hardware, Xcode, and device configuration
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform terms
We may change, suspend, or end early access with notice where practical

Joining early access does not guarantee permanent availability, a specific release date, or support for every device and workflow.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our services:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, laws, or ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

5. Service Modifications

You acknowledge that the software contains proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software.

As a user of Ecstasy services, you agree to use our tools responsibly and lawfully. You understand that:

You are solely responsible for your account activity and any consequences thereof
You must not engage in behavior that violates platform policies or applicable laws
